Thank you for shopping at EcoVine Living. Every piece in our store is handcrafted with care, and we want to make sure it reaches you safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All items are made/prepared by hand. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience — good things take time.

We currently ship to the United States and most international destinations.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

EcoVine Living is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged on arrival: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bohowoven.haosen@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
